Rental Policies

We want you to enjoy these items. However there are some details.
Free delivery on orders of  $350 or more in Stillwater area.
Additional delivery charge will apply outside Stillwater, MN.
Delivery charge based on type, size, and travel distance of each individual order.
The Rental Period is three days.
Longer term contracts and rates are available.
Customers are responsible for the replacement/repair costs of items damaged or lost during the Rental Period.
A refundable security deposit of 30% of your total rental cost is required before your event to cover possible damage or loss of an item. If all items are returned without damage the deposit will be fully returned. If more damage occurs than the 30% deposit you will be billed for additional costs.
Items are delivered clean and ready to use. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition.
 Arrangements can be made for us to clean items upon return at a charge that varies depending on the size of the order.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit on the rental total is due upon signing a contract to hold your desired pieces.
Rental balance and security deposit are due one week  before pick up or delivery.
Our rental prices are based on a three day period.  If additional time is needed, arrangements can be made at an additional charge.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve our items for your specific date of your event. The remaining 50% and a security deposit of 30% will be due a week prior to your event.

We will provide you a list of the items being rented with notes of any discolorations, flaws, or existing characteristics. We recommend you check this list prior to using. Please document anything we may have missed and bring it to our attention at the time of delivery before the items are used.  Our rental items will be given to you clean and ready for your event.  We also expect the items returned to us in this  same condition clean and ready for our next event.

The refundable security deposit of 30% of your total rental invoice is due one week prior to your event along with your final payment. The security deposit will be refunded in full if the rental items are returned as they were received ( noted on the inventory list).  Each rental item you rent will have a replacement cost on the list you receive.  If there is any damage to the rental items the cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit. if this damage exceeds the 30% deposit, you will be billed for the difference.
